A lover of beauty and follower of fashion, Andrea has been with Tractenberg & Co. for four years. Here are a few of her favorite things this season.

Name/Title: Andrea Ahern, Associate

Favorite places in New York City: As an Upper East Side resident, I take full advantage of my backyard, aka Central Park! When I’m not enjoying being an uptown girl, you can find me downtown at any one of my favorite delicious eateries, like The Wayland, Buvette, Jack’s Wife Freda, and countless others. I’m a self-proclaimed foodie—I love to eat, and New York’s not a shabby place to do so.

Must-Read Sites: Refinery29.com, Elle.com, NYMag.com, EliteDaily.com, TheSkimm.com, Buzzfeed.com, LIKEtoKNOWi.it, and People.com. I love NYPost.com for ALL the celeb gossip, and CNN.com keeps me on top of the news. I’m also addicted to apps, and some of my favorites right now are Urban Daddy, Open Table, HopStop and, of course, Seamless .

Things I Love Right Now: The transition from fall into the holiday season, especially in New York, is truly spectacular. Aside from all of the fun, seasonal flavors that have finally made their annual debut, cold weather attire is my favorite! It’s all about layers, layers, and more layers. I have a never-fail uniform: black skinnies, with a big chunky sweater and a classic pair of booties, like the Rag and Bone Harrow booties I’m currently rocking. I also love reality tv (it’s my guilty pleasure,) and I never underestimate a good brunch.
Although I have been an NYC resident for almost a decade, I was born and raised in MA, which means that instead of cheering on Geno Smith, I am supporting my main man Tom Brady (move over, Giselle. Jk. No, but seriously,) and the New England Patriots.

One thing I am dying to do before it closes for the season is checking out the Storm King Art Center. I can’t miss the ultimate open-air museum fall adventure! And perhaps I am behind the trend a bit, but I just started my lululemon wardrobe collection… Uh, I mean signed up for yoga. I am looking forward to becoming a devoted yogi!
